Appointment Setters (Online)
Remote, bilingual English/Spanish. Qualify and set appointments for solar, roofing, and home improvement. LATAM talent encouraged; focus on Florida with U.S. expansion.
Sales Manager
Inspire, train, and drive a high-performing team. Experience mentoring reps; solar/roofing/home improvement knowledge is a huge advantage.
Call Center Sales Manager
Work-from-home leadership for setters. Monitor performance, report results, coach and motivate. Bilingual preferred; LATAM candidates welcome.
